D1 Training is looking for a driven and personable Sales Appointment Coordinator to help introduce athletes, parents, and adults to a training experience that can make a lasting difference in their lives.
This is not a traditional administrative position. You will play an important role in the growth of our facility by building relationships, following up with prospective members, and scheduling consultations that lead to long-term memberships.
The ideal candidate enjoys talking to people, stays organized, follows through consistently, and is motivated by performance-based incentives and career growth.
About D1 Training
D1 Training is an athletic-based training franchise that helps athletes of all ages reach their goals both on and off the field.
Our programs are built around expert coaching, accountability, community, and results. From youth athletes developing confidence and athletic ability to adults working toward their fitness goals, we create an environment where people are challenged, supported, and inspired to improve.
As D1 Training Sherman Oaks continues to grow, we are looking for team members who want to grow with us.
What You’ll Do
  • Connect with prospective members through phone calls, text messages, and email
  • Schedule consultations, facility tours, assessments, and introductory appointments
  • Respond quickly and professionally to leads generated through digital advertising and marketing campaigns
  • Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, sports organizations, and community partners
  • Build genuine relationships with parents, athletes, coaches, and adult clients

  • Track outreach, conversations, appointments, and follow-up activity accurately in the CRM
  • Represent D1 Training professionally and enthusiastically in the local community
  • Contribute to individual and team performance goals
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, hospitality, recruiting, or a call center environment
  • Confidence making outbound calls and starting conversations with new people
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A friendly, professional, and relationship-focused personality
  • Excellent organization and follow-through
  • A positive attitude and willingness to be coached
  • Motivation to achieve goals and earn performance-based bonuses
  • Interest in fitness, sports, athletics, or helping people improve their lives

  • Want to develop valuable sales, communication, and leadership skills
  • Want an opportunity to advance within a growing fitness organization
  • Believe in the positive impact that coaching, fitness, and athletics can have on a community
This Position May Not Be the Right Fit If You
  • Prefer a position focused only on administrative tasks

  • Avoid follow-up when a prospect does not respond immediately
  • Prefer a role without performance goals or accountability
  • Are not comfortable speaking with prospects who may require several conversations before scheduling
