The Personal Training Manager Role
The Personal Training Manager is the driving force behind the clubs fitness results and revenue. You are the "Coach of the Coaches," responsible for building a world-class team of trainers, driving personal training sales, and ensuring every member who walks through our doors has a clear path to their goals. This is a leadership role that demands a blend of entrepreneurial spirit, elite fitness knowledge, and a passion for people development.
What Youll Be Doing:
  • Building the Dream Team: Recruiting, hiring, and mentoring a diverse squad of Personal Trainers, ensuring they are masters of their craft.
  • Driving the Business: Owning the personal training department's revenue. Youll lead the sales process, from initial member assessments to closing long-term training packages.
  • Member Success: Overseeing the "CrunchOne Kickoff" and ensuring that our members are getting the results they signed up for through high-quality programming.
  • Maintaining the Standard: Ensuring the gym floor is energized, safe, and professional, upholding the "No Judgments" philosophy at all times.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Certified Leader: Current Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, NSCA, ACSM, or ACE) and CPR/AED.
  • Management Pedigree: 12 years of experience in fitness management or leading a high-performing sales team.
  • Proven Track Record: Experience in any (or all!) of the following:
    • Personal Training Sales: A history of meeting or exceeding monthly revenue goals.
    • Program Design: Expertise in creating periodized programs for a wide range of clients (Weight Loss, Hypertrophy, Athletic Performance).
    • Boxing/HIIT/Yoga Integration: Understanding how to sell and integrate our boutique-style offerings (like Hot Stuff and HIITZone) into a client's personal training plan.
