What You'll Do
  • Lead coach-led group workouts for youth athletes, adults, and sports teams
  • Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions focused on performance and results
  • Teach proper movement mechanics, lifting technique, speed development, agility, mobility, and injury prevention
  • Provide exercise modifications based on individual goals, age, and ability
  • Deliver safe, challenging, and engaging workouts while maintaining proper form and technique
  • Encourage, motivate, and hold athletes accountable throughout every session
  • Build strong relationships with members and create an outstanding training experience
  • Assist with athlete evaluations, performance testing, and goal tracking
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training environment
  • Support community events, member engagement, and facility growth
QualificationsRequired
  • Nationally recognized Personal Training or Strength & Conditioning certification (NCCA-accredited preferred)

  • Current CPR/AED Certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
