As part of our Residential Development Team in Cary, you'll support project engineers, contribute to design development, solve technical challenges, and help deliver high-quality plans. This role is perfect for early-career civil engineers who are eager to learn, collaborate, and grow!

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • 0-1+ years of related professional experience (internships and co-ops considered). 
  • Exposure to and/or experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Geopak, or related design software. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to take direction. 
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under deadlines. 
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm, flexibility, and commitment to professional growth. 

Preferred:

  • FE Exam in progress/completed. Possibly already an EI/EIT. 
  • EI/EIT certification or ability to obtain. 
  • Internship experience in field of expertise. 
  • Exposure to graphic or visualization software.
