Training Center Administrator & Grant Coordinator
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Training Center Administrator to oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of our newly established training facility. This role will also be responsible for researching, preparing, and managing grant applications to secure workforce development and training funding.
The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities - from facility coordination and student support to strategic funding initiatives.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Facility Administration & Operations
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the training facility
  • Manage class schedules, room bookings, and instructor coordination
  • Maintain student enrollment records and attendance tracking
  • Serve as primary point of contact for students, instructors, vendors, and partners
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new students
  • Maintain compliance documentation for licensing and accreditation requirements
  • Manage office supplies, equipment inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Support event coordination (training sessions, certifications, workforce events, etc.)
