· Participate in a structured sales training program covering packaging solutions, sales techniques, market analysis, and CRM systems.

· Develop a strong understanding of the flexible packaging industry, customer applications, and manufacturing processes.

· Learn consultative selling strategies and customer relationship management best practices.

Business Development & Lead Generation

· Identify, research, and qualify prospective customers through outbound outreach, networking, and market research.

· Generate and develop sales opportunities within targeted market segments.

· Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.

Customer Engagement
