POSITION DESCRIPTION

As a Burn Boot Camp Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic, high-energy group workouts tailored to members of all fitness levels. Your primary focus is helping members achieve their health and fitness goals by pushing them beyond their comfort zones, building confidence, and showing them their true potential. This is achieved through engaging group workouts, conducting one-on-one goal-setting meetings, and providing nutrition guidance to help members embrace Burn Boot Camp’s holistic approach to mindset, nutrition, and fitness.

Trainers are responsible for driving membership sales and retention while embodying confidence, energy, and approachability. A passionate Burn enthusiast, the ideal candidate is eager to master the Burn Sales process and grow the membership base.

Accountability

THIS POSITION IS IN PERSON IN PHOENIX ARIZONA. IT IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION

· Fitness Product Execution

o Train workouts (45-minute camps consisting of personal training in a group setting) tailored to various fitness levels, while adhering to Burn Boot Camp’s protocols

o Promote and conduct focus meetings with members to increase commitment and assist members achieve goals

o Follow the trainer Blue Carpet Experience before, during and after camp, every camp, every day.

· Member Acquisition and Retention

o Build membership by getting to know your members on a personal level, knowing their goals, their why and training camp intentionally for all your members.

o Trainers are responsible for overall membership sales and retention

o Promote retail and nutrition products by wearing retail and promoting nutrition samples.

· Member Experience

o Build relationships and create community within camps including shouting out member celebrations, executing member challenges and participating in camps when not training.

o Create an uplifting, high energy experience and environment for your camps where everyone feels welcome

· Marketing and sales strategy execution

o Close trials into membership purchases, ask for the sale

o Promote retail and nutrition products by wearing retail and promoting nutrition samples

· Operational Execution & Facility Management

o Complete set up and clean up for all camps

o Reset floor between camps which includes cleaning equipment and re-setting weights, so every camp looks great.

o Clear and reset the floor at the end of the shift

o Complete cleaning duties to ensure the gym is clean and sanitary.

o Ensure all equipment is properly inflated, set up, and used correctly to prevent injury

QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal candidate is-

· Able to work with and train clients of all ages and fitness backgrounds to relatively challenge each member

· Able to follow Burn Boot Camp protocol and guidelines

· Able to give clear instruction, proper exercise modification, and challenge clients to achieve their fitness and health goals

· Dedicated to maintaining personal integrity, client confidentiality and professional standards for best practice

REQUIREMENTS

· Certified Personal Training certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) OR 4-year Exercise Science degree with no gap in experience

· CPR/AED certified

· 1+ year experience in personal training or coaching

SPECIFICS

· $18/hour admin $25 hour on mic + bonus opportunities for hitting membership milestones

· Free gym membership, discounted retail, and nutrition products

· Training shirts provided

· The gym will run 38-43 camps per week. 7-8 camps Monday-Friday and 2-3 camps on Saturday.

· Hours may include early morning (5am) to evening (8pm) and may change week by week depending on the training schedule.
