Job Overview:
As part of the Exostar Customer Education and Training team, the Training Analyst will evaluate our current training programs to ensure the training needs of the organization are being fulfilled.
Your day, if you join us: Essential Job Functions
  • Conducting training needs analyses to determine optimal training delivery approach
  • Analyzing existing training program delivery and content to measure effectiveness and recommend changes
  • Developing and recommending training solutions and materials to meet customer needs
  • Translating technical requirements into simplified and innovative training solutions
  • Proposing new and innovative training solutions that may enhance programs for group discussions, demonstrations, and workshops and are relevant to customer needs
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training and product functionality and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Involved with quality assurance testing and providing recommendations to product teams to improve user experience
  • Assisting with the design, layout, and content formatting on customer facing content management system
  • Facilitating training courses on an as needed basis

You meet our "must haves" for this role if you have:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 6 or more years of instructional design/training development, analysis, facilitation, and training delivery experience
  • Experience with Adobe Captivate strongly preferred
  • Knowledge and demonstrated capabilities in instructional design and methodologies including, but not limited to, ADDIE and andragogy
  • Experienced in understanding technical requirements and translating into end-user training
  • Ability to decipher and analyze complex tasks and reduce to simplest and best solution
  • Ability to collaborate in a team as well as work independently with little direction
  • An entrepreneurial mindset; resourceful, proactive, inquisitive and solutions driven
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent oral and written skills

The pay range for this position is $75,000k - $95,000k/yr; however, the final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
