We are looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Business Development Liaison who thrives on connecting with people, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships. This position plays a critical role in driving the company’s growth by expanding our client base and strengthening strategic partnerships around San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties.
Compensation and benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new markets, clients, and strategic partnerships
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to expand the company’s footprint
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, referral sources, and community partners
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to support retention and growth
