  - Support the General Manager in achieving membership sales goals, including conducting tours, promoting membership packages, and assisting with lead generation and conversion.
  - Help implement and promote marketing initiatives and special events to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Financial Oversight:
  - Assist in managing the gym’s budget and financials, including monitoring expenses, payroll, and inventory control.
  - Contribute to cost-control initiatives and ensure that revenue targets are met through effective management and promotion of memberships and services.
Compliance & Safety:
  - Ensure all gym facilities are in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Skills:
  - Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  - Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  - Proficient in using gym management software, point of sale (POS) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
