Client:              Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Duration:         24 Months (Possibility of Extension/Conversion)
Location:         Moline, IL 61265
Shift:                1st Shift

Role Overview

Design, develop, and deliver training programs while analyzing HR data to improve employee performance, engagement, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze HR data and identify trends to drive business insights
  • Design and develop training programs and learning content
  • Deliver training sessions and evaluate learning outcomes
  • Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and training needs
  • Prepare reports, documents, and training materials
  • Resolve queries related to policies and training processes
  • Support development centers and learning initiatives
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and tools

Training & Program Management

  • Deliver interactive workshops for diverse audiences (production to leadership)
  • Adapt training content based on audience engagement
