  • Evaluate and continuously improve training effectiveness, administering assessments and feedback tools, analyzing data to inform enhancements, and applying adult learning best practices to strengthen program quality.

Organizational Partnership & Training Expansion
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR and ministry leaders to support employee development, performance planning, and hiring efforts, providing training insights and aligning initiatives with operational goals.
  • Champion culture and values integration, ensuring all training, messaging, and SOPs reflect core values and promote excellence, unity, and service across departments.
  • Drive multi-department training expansion by conducting needs assessments, identifying skill gaps and priorities, and building strong partnerships with leaders to deliver scalable, aligned learning solutions.

Requirements
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in education, HR, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience); OR 1-2+ years in training, facilitation, instructional design, or adult education, preferably within ministry, nonprofit, or service-based environments.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • Facilitation & Communication: Proven ability to lead engaging in-person and virtual training, clearly communicate complex concepts, and build trust with diverse audiences through strong relational skills.
  • Technical & Professional Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, LMS platforms, and virtual training tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams); knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles preferred; experience supporting call center or customer service environments a plus.
  • Core Competencies & Cultural Alignment: Demonstrates organizational agility, attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality; fosters collaboration across cultures; actively pursues growth while aligning with KCM's mission, values, and faith-based culture, reflecting a service-centered mindset in all interactions.

TYPICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods during training sessions and daily work activities, and lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
