You will start off as a sales associate, where you will be trained and monitored on your ability to assist customers effectively. As you prove yourself in sales as a high performing employee who shows the capacity to do more, you will have the opportunity to transition into a finance role and eventually move up to a reserve finance manager position.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service as a sales associate
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
  • Participate in sales training programs to enhance skills
  • Transition into finance responsibilities, including processing financial transactions
  • Learn and apply financial management techniques to assist in the reserve finance manager role
