Job description

WHAT’S BREWING IN THIS ROLE…

The Operations Trainer is responsible for facilitating onboarding and readiness training for 7 Brew operators, including both franchise and internal operators. This role ensures operators build a strong foundation in operational excellence, leadership expectations, and brand standards so they are prepared to effectively lead teams, execute the 7 Brew model, and drive consistent performance within their organizations.

Serving as both a training facilitator and leadership coach, the Operations Trainer reinforces not only how 7 Brew operates, but the “why” behind our systems, culture, and expectations. This role builds credibility with operators across varying levels of experience and serves as a professional representative of the 7 Brew brand throughout the training experience.

As 7 Brew continues to grow, the Operations Trainer will also contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of operator training materials, playbooks, and programs to support changing business and operational needs.

Operator Training & Readiness

  • Facilitate engaging, in-person onboarding and readiness training for franchise and internal operators.
  • Train operators on 7 Brew operational standards and expectations across the Brewista, Shift Lead, and Manager roles.
  • Reinforce the “why” behind operational standards and execution, helping operators understand how systems and expectations contribute to the success of their teams and stands.
  • Assess operator readiness throughout training and identify opportunities for additional development or support.

  • Help operators develop the confidence and leadership skills necessary to reinforce 7 Brew expectations within their own organizations.
  • Build credibility and trust with operators across a range of leadership and business ownership experience levels.


Operational Excellence & Brand Standards

  • Ensure operators leave training prepared to confidently replicate and reinforce 7 Brew standards within their home markets.
  • Model 7 Brew operational expectations, professionalism, leadership behaviors, and culture throughout training.
  • Reinforce consistent execution while helping operators understand how standards support the broader 7 Brew experience.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to support training in specialized operational areas as needed.


Training Program Development

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials, operator playbooks, and program structure.
  • Identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness based on operator feedback, observed performance, and evolving business needs.
  • Support updates to training content as operational standards, systems, and business needs evolve.
  • Maintain accurate training documentation and operator progress records.
