• Conduct thorough patient assessments through video-based encounters, engaging in individual teletherapy sessions to gather comprehensive information about their mental health needs.

• Perform detailed mental health evaluations, including analyzing patient medical histories and conducting mental status examinations to formulate a baseline understanding of each client's condition.

• Design, implement, and review personalized behavioral health treatment plans based on empirical evidence and best practices, regularly evaluating the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain meticulous records of patient information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations while documenting observations, treatment plans, and progress reports.

As a Mental Health Counselor with Skyrise, you will primarily work with diverse adult populations experiencing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex disorders. Our focus is holistic, addressing not just the symptoms but the underlying issues affecting our patients’ overall well-being. • A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Art Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• A valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts is mandatory to practice.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, that enable effective interactions with clients and colleagues.

• A commitment to continual professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based psychosocial interventions.

• Proficient in using electronic clinical systems, with experience in electronic health records (EHR) that streamlines workflow and enhances patient care.

• Bilingual candidates fluent in both Spanish and English are highly preferred and will excel in our diverse patient environment.

• A minimum of two years of related experience in mental health counseling is essential, ideally in a clinical or community health setting.

• Experience with telehealth delivery models and virtual therapy platforms is advantageous to ensure a smooth transition into our remote framework.
