Ride Attendant Supervisor

Mt. Olympus is Wisconsin Dells is hiring a Ride Attendant Supervisor! Join our team today! This is a full time position or seasonal.
The Ride Attendant Supervisor is responsible for the health and safety of employees and visitors, while providing an exceptional customer experience. This individual is accountable for the day-to-day operation of the site, and helping with overall facility safety.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, solve any issues that may arise
  • Provide positive leadership and motivation, ensuring that all Mt. Olympus Policies and Procedures are being followed to ensure the safety of our guests and associates and the enjoyment of our parks.
  • Coordinate staff training and coaching as needed.
Ride Attendant Supervisor Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Self-Motivated
  • Strong work ethic
  • Neat, clean, professional appearance
  • Ability to anticipate and adapt to changing business needs
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
