Full-Time Adventure Park Ride Operator
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Full-Time Adventure Park Ride Operator. In this role, you will provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional entertainment experience for all our guests. Each ride attendant's primary objective is to show our guests a safe, fun time, and deliver the ultimate in customer service.
As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love-guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You'll ensure guest safety while delivering a fun and memorable experience through friendly interaction and efficient ride operation. Your enthusiasm will help create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances both guest satisfaction and team morale.
Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to personally take care of them.
  • Inform guests of ride information such as height restrictions and length of ride time.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain Safety First Standards.
  • Be able to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Adventure Park as directed by the General Manager or immediate supervisor.

What We're Looking For
  • 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel, theme park, or related field, helpful but not required.
  • Due to safety and operational requirements, applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required.

This is a full-time position.
