We have Full Time and PRN positions available. PRN's will be eligible for an 8% pay differential.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct care to inpatients and outpatients with acute and chronic cardiopulmonary conditions.
  • Serve patients across all age groups, from neonates to geriatrics, in a variety of care settings, including acute care, urgent care, sub-acute care, sleep labs, and clinics.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills and advanced knowledge to deliver high-quality, independent care.
  • Perform a wide range of respiratory therapy duties, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes and overall wellness

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you’ll need the following skills, experience, and attributes:

  1. Demonstrated high level of detail orientation to ensure accuracy in care and documentation.
  2. Proficiency in state-of-the-art office technology, including the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
  3. Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, tact, discretion, and integrity.
  4. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively, with adaptability to shifting priorities.
  5. Strong resourcefulness and problem-solving skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Certification or registry as a Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from a recognized college or technical school.
  • One year of experience preferred but not required—new graduates are encouraged to apply!

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:

  • Maintain a current, active license as a Respiratory Therapist in the State of Colorado.
  • Maintain certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
  • New hires without NRP certification will be highly encouraged to complete the next available course and obtain certification within one year of employment.
