Freedom Empowerment Counseling Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our dynamic team. This position operates within a fully remote work environment, leveraging telehealth technologies to connect with clients. Working from locations throughout Prineville, Oregon, our therapists have the flexibility to manage their schedules while ensuring accessibility to clients who are seeking support. Our digital infrastructure facilitates efficient communication and documentation through an electronic medical record system, enhancing collaboration among team members and improving client care.

• Adhere to a regular work schedule established in coordination with your supervisor to provide consistent client care.
• Follow through with all directives and practice instructions aimed at enhancing client outcomes.
• Maintain an active Oregon Drivers’ License, CPR, and First Aid certifications to ensure readiness for emergencies.
• Demonstrate effective organizational and time management skills to manage a high caseload volume while maintaining quality service.
• Engage in ongoing professional development as mandated by licensing bodies to ensure compliance and competence in therapeutic practices.
• Utilize our electronic medical record system effectively to document patient progress, treatment plans, and goals.
• Attend and contribute positively in required meetings, maintaining adherence to established ethics codes and organizational protocols.
• Provide information and resources to clients addressing identified financial or social needs, helping them navigate barriers to their care.
• Perform other duties as assigned that align with departmental objectives and client needs.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with young individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Our multidisciplinary approach prioritizes the unique circumstances of each client, using telehealth modalities to provide timely and effective support tailored to their needs. We aim to empower youth through resilience-building techniques and therapeutic interventions that cultivate lifelong skills.

• Master’s degree or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a current independent license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory.
• Strong motivation and enthusiasm essential for inspiring clients and promoting a supportive therapy environment.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks to manage high caseloads while ensuring quality of care is maintained.

• Experience working within a telehealth environment is highly desirable, with a focus on adapting to digital tools for effective therapy.
• Prior involvement in creative therapeutic practices can be an asset, allowing for a diversified approach to client care.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices for mental health counseling, with an understanding of compliance norms and ethics in social services.

This position offers an annual salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000.
