Freedom Empowerment Counseling Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our dynamic team. This position operates within a fully remote work environment, leveraging telehealth technologies to connect with clients. Working from locations throughout Prineville, Oregon, our therapists have the flexibility to manage their schedules while ensuring accessibility to clients who are seeking support. Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to a regular work schedule established in coordination with your supervisor to provide consistent client care.
  • Follow through with all directives and practice instructions aimed at enhancing client outcomes.
  • Maintain an active Oregon Drivers’ License, CPR, and First Aid certifications to ensure readiness for emergencies.
  • Demonstrate effective organizational and time management skills to manage a high caseload volume while maintaining quality service.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development as mandated by licensing bodies to ensure compliance and competence in therapeutic practices.
  • Utilize our electronic medical record system effectively to document patient progress, treatment plans, and goals.

  • Provide information and resources to clients addressing identified financial or social needs, helping them navigate barriers to their care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned that align with departmental objectives and client needs.
