Pharmacy Technician / Technician Trainee
Location: Dallas, TX
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician/ Technician Trainee to join our team in Dallas, TX. This position is designed for individuals interested in starting a career in pharmacy services. As a trainee, you will receive hands-on training and support to develop the skills necessary to assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications under supervision.
  • Learn to accurately measure, count, and label medications.
  • Maintain patient records and process prescription orders.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
  • Help manage inventory and restock pharmacy supplies.
  • Adhere to all safety, health, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Participate in training sessions and complete required coursework.
Qualifications
  • Technician / Technician Trainee license
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn pharmacy software.
