Position: Construction Sales Trainee

Immediate Hiring! We’re looking for motivated and outgoing sales professionals who want to build a high-income career in roofing sales.

No roofing sale experience required – we provide full training!

Responsibilities

  • Canvass neighborhoods to find homes with roof damage
  • Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
  • Talk with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claims
  • Set appointments and help close sales

Requirements

  • Previous sales or canvassing experience (server/bartender/waiter experience are also considered)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working outdoors and talking to people
  • Willing to learn and stay motivated
  • Able to climb a ladder for inspections
  • Reliable transportation (car or truck)

Compensation:

  • $100,000 – $250,000 per year earning potential
