โ€ข Customer Service: Interacting with a diverse customer base with our proven product line of delivery solutions. Resolving specific customer inquiries and communicating customer feedback in order to improve our product line and operations. Working with our sales force to develop positive, productive relationships with our customer base.


โ€ข Operations: Learning all aspects of our business through In-the-field training in the areas of transportation management, warehouse logistics, facilities management, recruiting personnel, and contract administration. This is an opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills for managing a successful operation with a nationwide network of customers, including analyzing key performance indicators, auditing internal and external processes, assisting with new business opportunities, and defining best practices for Courier Express. Schedule will vary depending on which area training in ranging from overnight shifts, early morning shift, and afternoon shifts.


โ€ข Regional Recruitment: Strong interpersonal and marketing skills will be developed through personnel recruitment and orientation, contract administration, vendor research, and advertising via multiple mediums. Ensuring all appropriate documentation is complete and submitted for all driver issues such as updating insurance, updating licenses, adding vehicles, adding subcontractors, etc. Evaluating and maintaining an available pool of qualified Independent Contractors while implementing and/or improving upon new recruiting methods, tools, sources, and processes that contribute to the success of the overall operation.
