Aquatech immediately needs a full-time Aftermarket Services Sales Manager - Aquatech Services to work in our Houston, TX office and service heavy industrial customers based in the Gulf USA. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and goal-driven, a relationship builder, a self-starter, and a good communicator. This candidate will also have a successful track record in sales of water & wastewater treatment solutions and/or zero liquid discharge solutions. The candidate will preferably have experience with performance chemicals and/ or rental and service sales in the South Central territory: Texas and Louisiana.
Among other water treatment service opportunities across industrial markets. The successful candidate will be able to identify, influence, and develop opportunities while collaborating closely with the Aquatech services Engineering, Chemicals, and Mobile divisions to develop opportunities identified by a broader team.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth in the integrated water services market in Texas and Louisiana. This role focuses on developing and closing aftermarket services, including:
  • Managed Operations contracts
  • Equipment and Controls upgrades
  • Equipment and Controls retrofits
  • Consumables supply
  • Other Duties As Assigned

Skill Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to foster new relationships with existing and potential customers while delivering a high level of customer service
  • Ability to maintain a high level of organization through both written and verbal communication with customers, direct reports, and other employees
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver on sales goal metrics
  • Ability to sell new business opportunities for water & wastewater treatment solutions and performance chemicals to Industrial end-user clients
  • In-depth knowledge of selling techniques, including prospecting, opportunity generation, strategic selling, presenting, and closing
  • Negotiate long and short-term service contracts, including operations and maintenance, performance chemicals, consumables, and select retrofit/asset upgrade contracts
  • Familiarity with various water treatment processes, such as Pre-treatment, Filtration, Membrane processes, Ion exchange, and Biological wastewater treatment
  • Familiarity with zero liquid discharge systems, specifically evaporation and crystallization techniques
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly energetic and multiple-engagement environment, dedication to teamwork, a strong work initiative, and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas
  • Ability to maintain strongly positive relations with key and primary accounts
