Position Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support business performance through financial planning, analysis, and strategic insights, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, profitability, and informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial and business performance across departmental and operational budgets, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
  • Develop forecasts, budgets, and long-range financial plans; monitor variances, trends, and scenarios.
  • Support monthly close activities, variance analysis, and management reporting.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Identify risks and opportunities impacting financial performance and recommend improvements to financial processes.
  • Deliver clear, actionable analytics to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar financial and/or planning role.
  • Ability to navigate ERP environments and transform data into impactful presentations.
  • Analytical experience using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and/or BI reporting tools.
  • Working knowledge of FP&A processes, including operating budgets and capital appropriation requests.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with an ERP system such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or NetSuite.
  • Power BI or similar data visualization experience.
