Job description

Management Trainee - Leadership Development Program

Location: Chick-fil-A Collier Township

Employment Type: Full-time (40-45 hours/week, Friday and Saturday availability required)

Compensation: $16-22/hour

From your first month, you'll lead teams, make business decisions, and rotate through every major function -Operations, HR, Finance, and Marketing. By the end of this 18-24 month program, you'll be equipped to step into a Director-level leadership role or pursue Chick-fil-A Operator candidacy.

And while you're learning in the restaurant, you can also be learning in the classroom -tuition-free. Chick-fil-A Collier Township covers 100% of your online tuition with Point University, meaning you can graduate with anMBA and zero tuition debtin about two years.

What You'll Experience

Rotations through:

  • Operations & Hospitality:Master day-to-day leadership in a high-performing restaurant.
  • Team Leadership:Coach, mentor, and develop 15-20 people each shift.
  • Marketing:Plan and execute local campaigns to grow sales and brand reach.
  • Human Resources:Learn recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
  • Finance:Analyze budgets, manage labor and food costs, and improve profitability.
