Location: Lancaster, PA, 17602
Employment Type: PRN
Pay Rate: $25 - $30/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)  
Shifts Available: 
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

    Job Overview:

    We are seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Lancaster, PA, on a PRN (as-needed) basis. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with the healthcare team, and ensure a safe, caring environment for our patients. We offer flexible shift options, including day, evening, and night shifts.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide basic nursing care to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
    • Monitor patient health status, including vital signs and overall condition.
    • Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities.
    • Record and maintain accurate patient charts and reports.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
    • Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
    • Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times.
    • Respond to emergencies and assist in medical interventions when necessary.

      Required Qualifications:

      • Current and valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
      • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
      • CPR/BLS certification required.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
