- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to postdoctoral fellows, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices in clinical psychology.
- Conduct regular supervision meetings, offering feedback on clinical cases, treatment planning, and professional development.
- Assist fellows in developing their clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention strategies for complex cases.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of fellows, providing guidance and support to enhance their competencies and confidence in clinical practice.
- Collaborate with the training director to develop and implement training curricula and workshops for fellows.
- Conduct telehealth assessments and therapy sessions for complex patients, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients, considering their unique circumstances and goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical activities, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care, treatment progress, and coordination of services.
- Stay current with developments in the field of clinical psychology and behavioral health, integrating new knowledge into practice.

- Orientation is time-intensive, approximately two weeks.
- During recruitment and orientation, allocate a greater portion of time to supervision activities to support trainees and program development.
