Job Description

The purpose of the Commercial Management Trainee's position is to acquire management skills (leadership, teambuilding, interpersonal), technical skills (customer service, negotiation, outside sales, marketing, purchasing, product development) as well as contribute to the organization through projects to improve processes, improve quality, or improve service. The Commercial Management Trainee participates in an intensive Program of approximately 12 months duration and includes rotational assignments in various segments of the site with on-the-job training. The Commercial Management Trainee is expected to be prepared for a leadership role upon completion of the program.

Minimum requirements of the job include but are not limited to:
•Ability to exercise good judgment in setting priorities and follow-through in a fast-paced results –oriented environment
•Strong desire to learn, develop leadership capabilities and possess desire to progress in organization
•Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
•Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
•Capability to prioritize work activities, assignments, demands and flexibility to adapt to changes.
•Strong analytical skills.
•Excellent work ethic, strong time management and organizational skills.
•Must be able to work flexible hours and be available upon the needs of the business.
