UX Analyst

Lansing, MI (Hybrid)



Our client, a highly rated insurance carrier, is seeking a UX Analyst to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional who is passionate about user-centered design and creating intuitive digital experiences

.As a UX Analyst, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project leaders to understand user needs and translate requirements into effective design solutions. You'll play a key role in user research, information architecture, usability testing, and the creation of visual design concepts for web-based applications

.What You'll Do

  • Partner with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and define user experience goals
  • .Conduct user research activities including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
  • .Analyze user feedback and research findings to identify opportunities for improving digital experiences
  • .Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and information architecture deliverables
  • .Develop visual design concepts and interface recommendations that align with business objectives and user needs
  • .Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve usability challenges and recommend innovative solutions
  • .Stay current with UX trends, usability standards, and best practices
  • .Support the development and maintenance of web standards and design guidelines

.What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Information Architecture, or a related field preferred
  • .Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and web usability best practices
  • .Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable recommendations
  • .Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • .Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies is a plus
  • .Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • .Portfolio showcasing UX, UI, web design, or related project work
