Job description

Job Title: Cementing Bulk Plant Operator
Location: 6900 Big Blue Avenue, Midland, TX 79706
Duration: 6+ Months
Pay Rate: $16.50–$23.00/hr (W-2)
Job Summary:
The Cementing Bulk Plant Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery (PSD) by managing bulk plant operations, preparing cement products, and ensuring quality control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and manage bulk plant facilities to support timely delivery of prepared cement products and bulk materials to wellsites.
  • Blend and mix bulk products according to job program designs and quality standards.
  • Calculate and verify material quantities prior to loading.
  • Follow Product Line quality assurance procedures to ensure proper loading and delivery.
  • Coordinate movement of bulk products with the PSD and Logistics teams.
  • Ensure all job deliverables are accurate and completed on time.
  • Perform daily equipment checks and maintain cleanliness of the bulk plant.
  • Assist with monthly inventory counts and daily paperwork for materials received and shipped.
  • Label, store, and dispose of additives, drums, and pails in accordance with safety guidelines.
  • Support training of other operators and trainees as needed.
  • Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Comply with all HSE policies, PPE requirements, governmental regulations, and industry standards.
