Job description

Job Title: Cementing Bulk Plant Operator

Location: Monahans, TX 79756

Duration: 7 Months

Schedule: 15 days on/6 days off

Payrate: $18 - $23XX

Position Summary

The Bulk Plant Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable Product and Service Delivery (PSD) to customers. This role manages bulk plant facilities to prepare and deliver blended bulk materials to wellsites while maintaining strict quality control standards.

The operator ensures compliance with company policies, governmental regulations, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards. This role also supports continuous improvement initiatives and assists in training junior operators and trainees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure job deliverables are accurate and completed on time
  • Blend and mix bulk products according to job program design
  • Calculate quantities of material blends prior to loading
  • Follow Product Line (PL) quality assurance procedures
  • Coordinate movement of bulk materials with PSD and Logistics teams
  • Assist with monthly inventory and daily documentation of goods received and shipped
  • Label and safely store additives; ensure proper disposal of empty containers
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain plant cleanliness
  • Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs
  • Wear required PPE and strictly follow HSE policies

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid U.S. Driverโ€™s License
  • Oilfield experience preferred
  • Cementing experience strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
  • Basic math skills for material calculations
