Our store is looking for an experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team! Our mechanics specialize in diagnosing and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. on customer vehicles while providing outstanding customer service to our community. Weekly Day Range: Monday to Friday w/ Weekend Availability as Needed
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostics and inspections on customer vehicles
  • Complete basic automotive services like mounting and balancing tires, tire repairs, oil changes, filters, replacements, and more
  • Perform tire maintenance and tire changes on customer vehicles
  • Provide superior customer service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about customer vehicles
  • Maintain an organized and safe work environment
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED Required
  • ASE Certification or Equivalent Preferred
  • Valid Driver's License w/ Safe Driving Record
  • Successful Completion of Background Check and Pre-Employment Drug Screening
Skill Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of auto repair/maintenance procedures and trends
  • Ability to operate specialized tools and equipment for car maintenance and repair
  • High level of professional integrity and customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively with manager and coworkers
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills

Experience:
  • Automotive Repair: 1+ Years (Required)
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • Frequent bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and stretching
  • Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis
