Community Health Net (CHN), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in beautiful Erie, Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic, patient-centered care team.

This is a full-time, outpatient opportunity providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a supportive, collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

  • Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency

  • Current Pennsylvania medical license (or eligibility)

  • Current DEA registration

  • Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

  • Experience with electronic health records (NextGen preferred)
