Primary Care Advanced Practitioner

Kadie E. Leach, MD is an independent internal medicine practice located in Lanham, Maryland. The practice provides comprehensive primary care with a strong focus on preventive medicine and long-term patient relationships. As a Primary Care Advanced Practitioner, you will work collaboratively within a small, close-knit care team. You will provide direct patient care, manage chronic conditions, and promote wellness through education and preventive measures.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of medical documentation, coding (ICD-10, HCC), and risk adjustment.
  • Active, unrestricted state license and DEA registration.
  • Medicare enrollment in good standing or eligibility to enroll.

  • Experience with Athena preferred.
