Short Description

Assists the Principal Investigator and other members of the research team with preparation of IRB protocols, consent forms, and development of study budget. Completes and maintains all study documents as required and assists with the identification and recruitment of study participants. Work as a team player with all involved in the research studies

Prefer Experience in cell culture, microscopy (fluorescence and phase), and biochemical and molecular biology techniques Experience with teaching laboratory techniques to students. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and statistical analyses.

     Conduct basic and translational research experiments involving cellular, biochemical, and

     molecular analyses.

     Perform experiments as directed by the lead scientists (Principal Investigators).

     Maintain detailed records of experiments.

     Communicate research findings to the Principal Investigators and members of the research

     Team.

     Train members of the research team in laboratory methodologies.

      Oversee the activities of trainees.

     Maintain organization of laboratory.

     Monitor laboratory supplies.

Experience Required

One year biomedical laboratory experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
