Job description

***This is a 6-month contract located downtown San Bernardino***


Position Summary

A public sector legal office is seeking experienced paralegals to support high-volume eDiscovery work on a temporary basis. This assignment supports an active matter with a near-term filing deadline, and candidates must be available to begin immediately.


Responsibilities

  • Support high-volume eDiscovery workflows from collection through production
  • Process, review, and manage large document sets using Relativity
  • Perform document review, coding, and quality control
  • Assist with production sets and privilege log preparation
  • Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to meet case deadlines
  • Maintain organized records and track review progress


Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated paralegal experience with high-volume eDiscovery
  • Hands-on working experience with Relativity
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy under deadline pressure
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data and documentation
  • Availability to start immediately and commit to the full assignment period


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting a government or public sector legal office
  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent formal training
