No prior experience required - we provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you build the skills needed to operate a 4600 or 7450 dragline. General Qualifications:
-Able to communicate and work with all levels of management
-Able to work independently
-Reliable means of transportation and valid driver's license
-Must be 18 years or older
-Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
-Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
