Job description

Anthracite Coal Company in Northeastern PA is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Dragline Operator Trainee. No prior experience required - we provide hands-on training and mentorship to help you build the skills needed to operate a 4600 or 7450 dragline. This is a great opportunity to learn from experienced operators and grow within a well-established company. 

General Qualifications:

-Able to communicate and work with all levels of management

-Able to work independently

-Reliable means of transportation and valid driver's license

-Must be 18 years or older

-Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

-Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

-Positive Attitude

Beneficial skills include:

-MSHA certification

-Mechanical background -Mining, construction, or other heavy equipment background
