Best Buy Waterproofing is seeking a motivated Foreman Trainee to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to advance their career in the specialized field of foundation repair and waterproofing.
About This Opportunity
Our comprehensive trainee program offers a 30-90-day hands-on learning experience where you'll master our proven processes while applying your existing construction expertise. You'll work alongside seasoned professionals as you ramp up to a full Foreman role, leading crews and managing critical foundation and waterproofing projects.
What You'll Do
Leadership & Supervision
  • Lead and supervise crew members in waterproofing and foundation repair installations
  • Train and mentor new team members, fostering their professional growth
  • Coordinate daily tasks based on project priorities and tight deadlines

Technical Excellence
  • Interpret project plans and detailed job specifications
  • Inspect work to ensure compliance with company standards and building codes
  • Monitor material inventory and ensure proper tool/equipment maintenance

Safety & Communication
  • Maintain clean, safe job sites following OSHA regulations
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
