Eligibility: Recent graduates and early-career professionals with valid OPT authorization (EAD card)Position OverviewThe Management Trainee Program is a structured development initiative designed to cultivate high-caliber business leaders within the global recycled copper industry. The program offers recent graduates and early-career professionals a comprehensive foundation across the non-ferrous metal recycling and smelting value chain.Through a phased rotational framework, trainees will acquire in-depth knowledge of raw material procurement, international sales and market development, plant operations, process engineering, quality management, and equipment technology. Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will be assigned to a specialized functional track and developed for long-term leadership responsibilities overseeing non-ferrous metal business operations in the U.S. region.Functional Tracks (Post-Rotation Placement)

Principal Responsibilities

Engage in a structured rotational program spanning procurement, sales, production, process engineering, quality management, and equipment technology functions.
