Front Counter Attendant
Employment Type: Part-time, Seasonal or Year-Round (based on availability and performance)
Schedule: On-site, flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on availability and business needs. Preference given to candidates who can consistently work 3 shifts per week (including 1 weekend day).
Compensation: Starting at $12/hour, based on experience

Front Counter team members play an essential role in creating positive first impressions and helping guests make the most of their visit. About the Role:
The Front Counter serves as the primary point of contact for guests visiting Vitense Golfland. Team members must be knowledgeable about our attractions, activities, pricing, and policies while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a passion for helping people. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services & Customer Experience
  • Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
  • Answer phone calls professionally and assist guests with questions and reservations.
  • Make recommendations on activities, attractions, and services based on guest interests.
  • Process payments accurately for activities, rentals, food, beverages, and retail purchases.
  • Assist guests with equipment rentals, pricing questions, and general facility information.
  • Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.

Sales & Front Counter Operations
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain knowledge of current pricing, promotions, memberships, and facility offerings.
  • Balance multiple guest transactions while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure cash handling procedures and company policies are followed.
  • Facility Communication & Support
  • Communicate with Rangers and other departments regarding guest traffic, wait times, and operational needs.
  • Help coordinate guest flow throughout the facility to ensure a positive experience.
  • Stay informed about daily events, leagues, lessons, and facility updates.
  • Support other departments and assist with additional duties as assigned.

Organization & Cleanliness
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front counter area.
  • Keep retail displays, brochures, and guest information materials stocked and presentable.
  • Assist with light cleaning and organizational tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable handling cash and processing guest transactions accurately.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Previous customer service or cash-handling experience is a plus, but not required.
