PART-TIME
Schedule: Thursdays @ 5:00am - 1:30pm; Saturdays & Sundays @ 10:00am - 6:30pm.

Requirements
Education & Experience:
• High School Degree or equivalent experience
• Able to concentrate on work in a noisy, loud conversation, busy foot-traffic environment
• Able to meet deadline consistently
• Able to finish all food preparation at specified serving time
• Flexible in wok hours to meet patient and organization operating needs
• Able to maintain self-control in volatile or hostile customer service interactions
• Able to use kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, mixers and dishwashers
• Knowledge of hygiene factors involved in food preparation
• Knowledge of cleaning products and cleaning methods for a variety of surfaces
• Food Handler's Cert from an ANSI accredited program to be obtained within 30-days of hire
