Job Description

The primary role would be to communicate with business, understand the business requirement and translate it to ticket which team should be able to work and provide the fix for. Ideally looking for someone with working experience in any Trading platform software management (CRD).

Position is for a 9-12 year experienced Production Support analyst for L2/L3 production support along with enhancements.

Candidate should be technically strong (Hands On) in the required technologies:

  • Technical skill set: ASP.NET, SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS), React JS, Python, MVC
  • Domain skills: Banking, Capital Markets/Asset Management

L2/L3 production support with enhancements for a set of Asset Management Applications:

  • Strong exposure and understanding of ITIL concepts around Incident Management, Problem management, Change requests, SLA's and KPI's are looked for.
  • Strong technical skills, understanding of overall development environment is required.
  • Understanding of release management, deployment tools.

Candidate is required to work from 8 AM till 5 PM EST:

  • Rotational On-Call support
  • Candidate should be flexible to working hours, to accommodate the need of the project.
