    • Escalate production issues to System Operations and Engineering, with clear and timely communication to internal stakeholders.
    • Disseminate platform status updates and operational notices in a timely manner.
    • Support process documentation, post-incident reviews, and continuous operational improvement initiatives.
    • Develop deep working knowledge of NYSE Group's affiliated Digital Asset ATS platform architecture, Global OTC ATS workflows, and relevant FINRA/SEC regulatory requirements.

Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 2+ years of experience in a trading environment, including exchange operations, broker-dealer trading operations, or an alternative trading system (ATS).
  • Familiarity with digital asset markets, tokenized securities, or blockchain-based settlement infrastructure is a strong plus.
  • Active FINRA Series 7 license required; Series 57 or Series 24 a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; SQL experience for issue investigation is a plus.
  • Comfortable working overnight and weekend shifts in a 24/7 trading environment.
  • This position is remote-eligible; employees within commutable distance of a company office will be required to report onsite for training and periodically thereafter.
