Core Responsibilities

  • Maximizethe commercial performance of LEGO.comwithin the Mexicomarket, byusing data to spot trends and opportunities tooptimizethe site through existing business tools

  • Work with Regional Merchandising teams tooptimizethe product portfolio and stock positionsin order todrive weekly sales results andoptimizeitem order limits

  • Explore global vs local trends to make recommendations on how toleveragelocalizedcontent and experiences

  • Optimizeinternal site search on a global, language and country level, ensuring shoppers are finding the right products for them regardless of language and location

  • Develop deepexpertiseonoureCommercetools, supporting documentation efforts to improve overallECommerceteam capabilities

  • Working with Product Management and our technical IT team,definerequirements for businesstoolto support on-siteoptimizationanddefinerequirements for relevant local shopper requirements (e.g.payment options)

  • Support the development of thepersonalizationstrategy to balance global segmentpersonalizationand local commercial opportunities

  • Input into the sales forecast, supporting the delivery of the targets through a clearly defined on-site action plan by region and by country

  • Coordinate with Marketing teams to assess effectiveness of promotions and plan for future promotions andoptimizemarkdown

  • Work with Fraud team tooptimizecancellation rates and chargebacks

  • Coordinate with Distribution and Consumer Services teams to track and improve Shopper NPS andeCommerceprofitability

  • Drive projects with Distribution to improve shopper experience and improve profitability

  • Work with Consumer Services team to understand shopper feedback andtake actions to drivecommercial traction

As a part of the LEGO Retail organization, theGlobaleCommerceteam drives the development of lego.com and digital shopper channels across regions, including new market entry, and plays a pivotal role in the LEGO Groupcommercialstrategy.

One of the biggest changes we are making is moving from a brandeCommerceplatform to a retail website.This means making a mindset shift frompassivelydriving sales to proactively managing on-site sales performance.

The role will play a pivotal role in defining the change to be commercially led, with the objectivetorealizethe on-site sales opportunities by delivering the best possible experience foreach and everyvisitor.

Working alongsideeCommerce, Marketing and the wider LEGO Group, this role will define and deliver plans to use our existing business tools tooptimizethe site down to a country level, becoming an expert in regional and language differences.

  • Proven experienceworking ineCommercewith strong experienceworking with on-site optimization tools including analytics, testing, contentmanagementand internal search

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $107,885.00 - $161,827.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
