Warehouse Associate โ€“ $21/HR

This position is temp-to-hire with the opportunity to be hired full-time.


MUST HAVES!
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • High-volume production/warehouse experience
  • Lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
  • Ability to speak and understand English fluently
  • Forklift experience required or preferred (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or pallet jack)

Position Overview

Integrity Trade Services is hiring Warehouse Associates for our automotive client in the Whitestown/Lebanon, IN area to start IMMEDIATELY at $21/hour.
This is a fast-paced warehouse environment with opportunities for growth and long-term employment.


Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
  • Receive and stock inbound orders, verifying quantities and identifying discrepancies or damages
  • Process inbound and outbound orders using RF scanners and following SOPs
  • Verify inventory accuracy (correct part and quantity)
  • Load and unload trailers, verify bills of lading, and inspect for damage
  • Perform inventory cycle counts with a high level of accuracy
  • Complete re-warehousing moves as needed
  • Monitor and report equipment damage or operational issues
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stage, and store product
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Work overtime, including weekends, as required

  • 1st Shift:ย 7:00 AM โ€“ 3:30 PM
  • Overtime as needed
