Graphic Designer / Production Artist
Custom Graphics Inc – Fargo, ND
Full-time, on-site | $47,000 to start, plus employer-sponsored medical insurance

We make Signs, Wraps and Decals. We have been doing it for over 30 years. We are looking for a designer who enjoys taking a customer's idea and building it into a finished file, ready for our production floor.

The Work

  • Design custom graphics for wraps, signs, and large-format printing
  • Work with customers and our project managers to shape what each job needs
  • Build production-ready files – color, resolution, and scale set up for the press
  • Keep jobs moving and meet the dates we have committed to
  • Learn our materials and processes. The design and the material work together here, and that is a satisfying thing to get good at

What You Need

  • A portfolio that shows your range
  • Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Vector work especially
  • A good eye for detail
  • Curiosity about the trade and a willingness to ask questions

Nice to Have

  • Print production or prepress experience
  • Large-format or wide-format work
  • Any shop-floor exposure at all
