What you have:
  • 2-5 years of experience in trademark clearance, prosecution, counseling, and enforcement
  • Preference given for TTAB experience
  • Preference given for experience representing large brand owners
  • Preference given for large law firm experience
  • Preference given for experience drafting and negotiating agreements
  • Active license to practice law

Duties:
