Job description

We are looking for reliable, seasonal Trade Staff team members to work on residential and commercial sites and be responsible for safe transportation of household goods using varied equipment and techniques. Trade staff members will be experienced, consistent and exceed expectations to provide diamond-class customer service.

This seasonal role is for the period of late May/early June through late August/early September or earlier based on business needs.

Dive In! Your Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Uphold Coakley Brothers commitment to service excellence and Diamond Class Customer Service
  • Ability to take direction from a Drivers/Lead
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds individually and 75+ pounds with a team lift.
  • Work all scheduled shifts while exhibiting a polite, helpful, positive attitude and professional image with public, customers and team members.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and Maintenance instructions.
  • Responsible for executing tasks assigned by the Driver/Lead in a timely fashion
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Attend and complete individual training, as necessary
  • Responsible for consistent transportation and punctual attendance.
  • Ability to build and maintain a positive team culture
  • Ability to drive cargo vans and passenger vehicles is preferred
  • Ability to work individually or in a team environment with changing demands and timelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
