PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hospitality & Customer Service
    • Assist in serving customers coffee and meals with professionalism and warmth
    • Support food and beverage preparation and presentation
    • Ensure high standards of customer and employee satisfaction
  • Event Planning & Execution
    • Assist with planning, organizing, and executing company events
    • Coordinate vendors, venues, materials, and logistics
    • Manage event timelines and on-site support
    • Assist with event setup and breakdown
  • Travel & Administrative Support
    • Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, ground transportation)
    • Prepare travel itineraries and supporting documentation
    • Assist with expense tracking and reporting
    • Update information (new customers, new contacts, leads, etc.) into CRM software (Customer Relationship Management) and into ERP System
  • Trade Show Support
    • Support trade show planning and logistics
    • Coordinate trade show booth materials and shipping,
  • Content Creation Support
    • Help capture photos and videos during events and daily operations
    • Assist with creating social media and promotional content

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent grammar and language skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with social media platforms
