Job description

Position: Bookkeeper Administrator
Pay: $25.00
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Monday - Friday, 1-hour lunch
Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Bookkeeper Administrator to start IMMEDIATELY at $25.00 per hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

  • Manage billing and accounting functions in a fast-paced environment
  • Process invoices, handle payments, and reconcile accounts using billing software and accounting systems
  • Review financial data for discrepancies and generate accurate reports
  • Manage office tasks including filing, mailing, and ordering supplies
  • Support incoming calls, scheduling, and assist with new hire onboarding as needed

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in office administration, construction industry experience a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and office equipment; knowledge of Vista and TCR software is a plus
  • Ability to analyze financial data and resolve billing discrepancies
